Project overview
ViseoPRO is a JMG Group project built around AI-assisted digital content and product workflows.
The challenge
Digital content and product delivery are typically handled by disconnected tools and manual steps, which limits how quickly work can scale without adding headcount.
The system concept
The project treats content and product delivery as one operating system: AI-assisted workflows sit alongside structured content and product architecture so output can scale predictably.

Founder perspective
What I saw
Most AI content tooling produces volume, not usefulness. The bottleneck was never writing — it was structure, review and getting work into a shippable state.
What I decided
Build the workflow first and put the model inside it, rather than building around the model and hoping a process emerges.
Why I chose this approach
When the process is explicit, you can swap the model later. When the model is the process, you are locked in.
