A refreshed JMGGroup.ca

A broad update across the site: services expanded to 16 and grouped by business outcome, a Kitchener-Waterloo local section, a five-part Local SEO series, the Direction Briefing, the first version of the My JMG client portal, and refined navigation.

Live on the site now

  • Services expanded and reorganised around outcomes

The site began with 8 core services and now adds 8 specialised services, for 16 in total, grouped under four goals. The Services page opens with the question “Where would you like your business to improve?” and a short reading list replaces the long walkthrough, so services are no longer listed twice.

  • 8 specialised service pages

Website Conversion & Landing Pages, Analytics & Conversion Tracking, Website Care & Ongoing Support, Lead Capture & Follow-Up, AI Search Visibility & AEO, GoHighLevel Setup & Integration, Conversion Rate Optimization and Business Video Creation each have their own page explaining how the work runs and what to expect.

  • A Kitchener-Waterloo local section

A dedicated local cluster covering SEO, web design, digital marketing, app development, SEO consulting and Google Ads for Kitchener-Waterloo, plus Cambridge and Guelph pages and a local enquiry form. “Local” now appears in the secondary header menu.

  • A five-part Local SEO series

A complete Insights series for local businesses: what actually moves the needle, Google Business Profile as infrastructure, NAP consistency and citations, local landing pages that are not duplicates, and reviews, proof and trust signals.

    Start the series →
  • Homepage and headings

The homepage headline is now “Find Your Place in What Comes Next”, set larger across two lines, and page headings across the site were normalised to a consistent style.

  • The Direction Briefing

The Direction Session is now the Direction Briefing: a prepared, 60-minute working session with a written Direction Brief, $297 CAD fixed, no HST. The old address redirects permanently to the new one.

  • Clearer audit and application requirements

The free Business Growth Audit needs a live website, because it reviews your actual site. Applying to work with JMG Group does not: businesses without a website can tick “My business doesn't have a website yet” and apply directly.

    See the application →
  • My JMG, the client portal

One account follows your business from the free audit through application, invitation, payment and booking. Accounts are created by email invitation after an audit or application, and you must verify your email before any saved information is shown. Earlier audit reports stay available as you progress, and application drafts save as you go and resume on any device when you are signed in.

  • Header and footer refinements

“Growth Audit” is now the main header button and an X icon joined the footer social links. The footer shares its background with the secondary navigation bar, the lower menu is set in capitals on a white bar, and a dated Website Updates & Versions link now sits beneath a small divider.

Being configured or tested

Built, but not available yet. Each item will be announced here when it goes live.

  • Live Direction Briefing payments

Checkout at $297 CAD with no HST is built, and payment confirmations were tested in the payment provider's test mode. Entering a test card through checkout has not yet been verified, and live card payments switch on only after the final go-live checks.

  • Automatic booking updates

Rescheduling and cancellation handling is built and tested. Until the calendar connection is switched on, Briefing times are confirmed directly with each client.
