This is the first paid strategic engagement with JMG Group — not a generic consultation and not a sales call. It exists to produce a decision you can defend, whether or not the next step involves us.

If you go on to a larger engagement with JMG Group, the session fee is credited toward that work.

  • Define the real business problem, not the symptom you noticed first.
  • Identify the most valuable opportunity available to you right now.
  • Clarify the right direction before money is committed to a build.
  • Establish an order of priorities so work happens in a sensible sequence.
  • Leave with practical next steps you can act on with or without JMG Group.
  • Determine whether a larger engagement with JMG Group makes sense at all.

Direction Sessions are invitation-only.

There is no public purchase button. Sessions are offered to businesses approved through the application process, in the order they were approved, as capacity becomes available. When an opening appears, the next approved applicant has 48 hours to claim it.

That keeps the work honest: a limited number of businesses at a time, each with real attention.
